Jase's 4 Month Stats

Weight - 17.22 lbs, 92nd percentile

Height - 26.18", 91st percentile

Head - 17.1", 83rd percentile

I guess his head is trailing behind his body, percentile-wise! We think he hates "tummy time" bc his head is bigger than average to hold up! LOL. But seriously, I think his head is just perfect. A perfect little boy in the cutest package I've ever seen. That's Jasey Jones! Everybody wants one! *Wink wink*

Some of his new accomplishments: Chewing on hands at all times and will get mad at you if you block his hand action, googling, cooing, babytalkin', giggles, reaching out to grab toys and putting them straight into his mouth, kicking his feet like crazy, splashing inadvertently in the baby tub, trying to get used to being away from mom (even for small amounts of time--what can I say? he's a momma's boy!), can almost hold binky in his mouth by himself now, and my favorite one--peeing in his own face (wow, nice talent) when you take too long to change his diaper.

Scary thought: Did you know there was a government recall on the HIB vaccine? Scary! They told me that at the ped's office and I was like, "wonderful." So he didn't get that shot...but he got the others. However, that is not helping my worrying with the whole "vaccinate your kids" thing. Hmm.

I knew he was a big healthy boy! And don't worry about the vaccines. For pete's sake you barely take him out of the house, pretty sure he's not going to catch something anytime soon lol. Vaccines won't come near my babies and I'm not surprised when one of "perfectly safe" ones gets recalled.

I'm amazed at the recall. Though, I was surprised that even my doctor has heard about he areas in Ut and a few other states where some of the old illnesses have come back from folks not having vaccines, it makes me nervous to get them for the kids, but then I also worry if we don't...what a delema, I'm not sure which way I think the vaccines should go...good luck, though I've heard having them split up over a longer time frame may be better, thus I've never been in a hurry to get in a have them done by age two. Who knows what is best over all. We Miss y'all! Jase is such a doll!

Don't know much about the re-call, but I'm not thrilled about the news of Zicam. Have you heard it?

If not here is a link: http://www.zicam-cold-eeze-lawyers.com

amiee- I agree about having a job you love. I thought it would take forever to do it- because the other ones I thought I love are in interior design/art stuff, that I haven't gone to school for- but maybe I wouldn't love them? I don't know but I know I love working with kids. I'm glad it is what it is, they are so funny in how they view life, and their little struggles. Or their jokes and so on.
Anyway- look forward to seeing your guys in June hopefully! are you going to the reunion?
