My "Furry" Babies

Can you find cuter dogs than these? Seriously, people. Look at those ears on Pip and that sweet baby face on Goose. I want to squeeze 'em to death!

Hey, we're getting sprinklers put in for our 1 acre lot. Roob cannot be more excited! Now he won't have to drag sprinklers around all summer. But our yard sure is tore up (see pic)! I also got some cute shots of the dogs I wanted to post for all you dog lovers out there, and only one pic of our boat for my dad! I will take some good ones on Monday so you can really see what it looks like with the cover off. We'll be spending some of the weekend in Lava Hot Springs with friends (by our lot) and then boating on Monday...fun!

Ultrasounds

Ok just so you'll appreciate this, it took me FOREVER to figure out how to scan these in with my work's scanner and then actually convert it to jpeg images. I almost gave up! Goodness! Then I had to crop them down so they weren't the size of Texas.

Okay, the first picture is an older ultrasound from about a month ago. I loved this one b/c it reminds me of an alien baby (looks like Skeletor, scary!). I laughed and laughed when we saw this one. The second one is the one we just got on May 17th, where we could determine the sex of the baby. If you look closely, you'll be able to see 2 circles and a stick poking out to the right. The image is just above that little "plus" sign on the picture. Don't let it confuse you that it looks like his "pee pee" is on his head! The image of the baby is actually sort of looking up at an angle between his feet towards his head. Anyways, I hope that helps you see it, because once you do there's no mistaking it! The doctor called it a "turtle." She said girls have "hamburgers," and that's definitely a turtle! CUTE.

Baby Decor Idea

I'm sure this will be boring to the boys looking at this, but I found some sock monkey fabric that I think I will try to make pillows or a tie-quilt out of and then just buy some solid red and cream other crib bedding to coordinate with it. Babies R Us and Target sells some solid pieces like bumpers, dust ruffles, etc. Thought I'd put a couple pics up. My colors are going to be cream, chocolate brown, red, and black. Oh I'm excited! And now I just have to decide between black baby furniture and cream baby furniture. Decisions, decisions.

It's a B-O-Y!!!

Roob and I have been considering a few names for our little baby "jones." Here are some of them: Jase, Mason, Toby, Payson (Pace)...and now my mind has gone blank. Wonderful. Oh well, I have a list at home. I'll get it and add to this list.

Hooray my first blog!

Wow, I have always wanted to do one of these, I just wasn't sure how to go about it. This will be a great website to send to family and friends who I don't get to see very often. This way they can keep tabs on me! :) Ok, well I'm off to play around with the site and see what all I can do here.
