Sorry I don't have a picture. This is a simple & yummy recipe I came up with the other day. It's awesome.
2.5 lb boneless pork shoulder ribs (or any meat you wish. a more fatty cut will produce greater flavor)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 1/4c water
2 tsp beef boullion (I use the creamy kind from Costco), just put enough for the water amount
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
Put onions on the bottom of the crockpot. Place ribs on top of them. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 or more hours. Drain. Shred. Serve. Use leftovers to make Smoky Pork Enchilada Pizza.

This looks so delish I'm making it right now - it's in the oven. Of course I was too lazy to make it with pork, so it's made with chicken - I'm sure it'll be yummy.
Thanks for sharing!
