Ok. Here's the quick story. Got this CUTE diaper bag a few months ago. Loved it. Recently the fabric started fraying really badly at the seams. So annoyed! It was NOT a cheap bag! So for the heck of it I brought it back to BabiesRUs (I got it online at their store). They wouldn't do anything since it was over 90 days since I bought it. So I thought I'd contact the JJCole company (they make the bags), especially since I saw some online reviews that said others were having the same problem as I was. I NEVER expected them to do anything since I don't have a receipt or any kind of "proof" that I purchased it.
I sent the email last night and I got a call today. They are sending me a BRAND NEW BAG for free!!! HUH??!!??? Apparently they had multiple problems similar to mine, so their newer bags are reinforced in the "problem" areas. I was SO PLEASANTLY surprised that I thought I'd blog about it and give their company some nice exposure. They are based out of Logan, Utah. You can see all their items
here (they have some really cute stuff). All I have to do is return my defective bag to them. They have a 2 year guarantee on
all their stuff. Woo hoo! I love them now!
